The main activity of the dean's office of the medical faculty of the PIHE “KhIMU” is the coordination and administrative support of the educational process in training of highly qualified doctors in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The dean's office of PIHE “KhIMU” consists of: the dean of the medical faculty – Tynynyka Lyudmila Nikolaevna, Ph.D. in Biology, the dean's office inspector – Chyzhova Anna Kostiantynivna, the dean's office secretary – Bochkova Olena Vitaliivna.
The dean's office of the medical faculty of the university controls and coordinates the work of teaching staff and students on their responsibility for the educational process according to the curriculum of PIHE “KhIMU”, forms and manages educational and methodical work at the faculty involving heads of departments and faculty staff.
The dean's office of the medical faculty of the PIHE “KhIMU” carries out the formation, maintenance and control of the preparation of draft orders and extracts on enrollment, students’ transfer and expulsion; carries out verification of students’ progress and their implementation of the curriculum. The dean's office also coordinates the work of the faculty staff of the PIHE “KhIMU” on the accuracy of the documents accompanying the educational process and their timely submission to the dean's office, participates in creating of educational programs and thematic curricula for disciplines according to the curriculum of the PIHE “KhIMU”, consults students on various issues and conducts explanatory work on students' compliance with academic discipline; maintains regular communication with students; prepares documents for semester controls, credits and exams; provides the results of students' success in the implementation of the curriculum. The dean's office of the PIHE “KhIMU” takes part in the design of measures for conducting and monitoring the educational process online in terms of Covid-19 pandemic; conducts outreach to students and faculty staff to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
